Arco Sleek 2-BR Apt in the Heart of Athens

Clean and well located, but inefficient check-in Positive: The apartment was clean, the location was quite good, and there is parking in front of the building if available. Negative: The check-in process was very inefficient. I was only a few minutes away from the property and still had not received the check-in link or instructions. I also had to go through three different conversations with different people in order to complete the check-in, with one of the messages regarding check-in only arriving after I had already checked out. In addition, a deposit is required by credit card without any prior verification or inspection of the property together with the guest. The check-in process itself is also unnecessarily cumbersome, as it requires photos of your ID and a selfie.

Ampio, pulito e in posizione eccellente Positive: Posizione eccellente, a 200 metri da Sygrou-Fix , dove c'è fermata metro, fermata tram e fermata autobus. Appartamento spazioso, letti comodi e aria condizionata funzionante. Zona poco rumorosa di notte quindi il riposo non era disturbato Negative: Il check in è troppo laborioso, soprattutto per il mio scarso inglese, però lo staff è stato pronto ad aiutarmi

Positive: Nice neighborhood. Close to Metro and only two stations to Syntagma. Can also walk to Plaka (another nice area). Clean and spacious updated apartment with a very nice veranda. Negative: I was very annoyed with the registration process. The APP used the camera to take pictures of the ID but that was not working. I felt there were too many steps and I came from booking that has all my information already. The good thing is the local host was responsive on whatsapp and issue was resolved. The phone number listed on booking did not work. I arrived in mid afternoon and so everything was resolved. However if someone arrives at 2:00 am on a Sunday? How would these issues be resolved.
