Spacious, modern studio in an excellent location Negative: I had a wonderful stay. Although it is a studio, it is very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment is beautifully furnished in a modern style. Everything was spotlessly clean and shiny. Despite the bad weather outside, the apartment was very warm and cozy inside, which made the stay even more comfortable. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It was simple to find the apartment, locate the keys, and check in without any problems. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The location is excellent ,you can easily walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a short-term stay.

Overall, I was very satisfied — the place was clean, comfortable, practical, and in a great location Positive: The greatest advantage of this accommodation is its excellent location. The airport is very close, and the property can be easily reached by bus from there. Larnaca’s city center is also within quick walking or cycling distance. Everything is very new, including the surroundings of the building, which means there was some construction noise in the mornings, but hopefully everything will be finished soon. The beach is just a short walk away, with a beautiful coastline and plenty of dining options nearby. I was also amazed by the nearby salt lake, only a 10-minute walk from the apartment, where we could observe flamingos — a truly memorable experience.
