Positive: الموقع قريب ممتاز جدا كل شيء تحتاج اليه يمكنك ان تجده بالقرب منك من مطاعم وأسواق ومعالم سياحية . الشقة اوسعة ونظيفة وتحتوي على كل وسائل الراحة شكرا لكم سوف نعود دوما

المكان عبارة عن شقة سكنية في عمارة سكنية ، مرممة حديثاً تحتوي 3 غرف نوم وصالة وملحقات مساحة الشقة كبيرة جداً تقدر ب 200م
Positive: قريب من الاسواق والمطاعم كذلك قربه من الطريق المؤدي الروشة (طريق البحر) … اضف الى ذلك ان المكان هادئ ولا يوجد زخم سير في الفرع .
Negative: الماء مالح جداً . لاتوجد منظومة او محطة تحلية في العمارة كما في الفنادق.
