sweet experience Positive: The location is great, but unfortunately, there is a construction site facing the property, which can be very noisy. There are also several maintenance issues in the apartment that were not addressed throughout our stay, including during the extensions of our bookings. The lift at the property also feels unsafe and needs attention. In addition, the electricity was cut for more than five hours without any backup lighting or generator, which was very inconvenient. We really love the place and believe it has great potential. With a little more attention to maintenance and these important issues, it could be a beautiful and much more enjoyable experience. Negative: We loved the property and truly enjoyed our stay. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. Communication with the team was often difficult, with most communication taking place through WhatsApp, which sometimes led to misunderstandings and delays. The toilet seat was broken from the first day, and the blackout curtain fell down on day one and still had not been fixed by the end of our stay. That said, we really like the property and believe these are relatively minor issues that could be addressed quickly and easily. With better communication and more attention to these small maintenance details, the experience could be excellent.
