Negative: Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The apartment was not clean at all — we found cockroaches everywhere, even inside the closet! We tried reaching out to the hosts immediately to report the issue, and instead of helping us directly, they just asked us to send all the information to someone else. There was no real support or solution offered. It was a very uncomfortable stay, and we definitely wouldn’t book here again.
