Maryam's 2-BR Apt Facing Larnaca Harbor W/ Pool

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Even though sometimes small things didn’t work, the owner always reacted immediately and fixed everything as quickly as possible, making sure we were comfortable. The apartment is in a great location, very well kept, and perfectly clean. We truly appreciated the care and effort, and we would be happy to come back again.

Negative: Pietrūka sauļošanas krēsla pie baseina.

Great apartment. Positive: Modern and clean facilities, in a lovely building with pretty much everything you could need for a self catering holiday. A lovely Chinese restaurant, bakery, supermarket and pharmacy in walking distance. Excellent value for money. Negative: The location was good, because we had a car and didn't mind the 25 minute walk to all the main bars/restaurants and marina, but might not be everyone's ideal location. We didn't use the pool as it was quite small and cold and there was no furniture around the pool. A lounger or two would have encouraged us to use it, and there were no beach towels.

Positive: Tolle Sicht, helle Wohnung,gro@zūgige Terassen, Aufzug, Parkplatz, 3 Bäder, Supermärkte um die Ecke, Nähe zum Flughafen Negative: Wenig wohnliche Atmosphäre, Sessel im Wohnzimmer fehlt, dreckiges Sofa, harte Betten (Topper empfohlen) zusätzliche Decken wären gut, Kopfkissen zu flach, Fenster und Balkonglas sollten geputzt werden, Ausguss in einem Bad läuft nicht ab, nur kaltes Wasser in der Küche, Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht, Lampe im 2.Schlafzimmer ist dunkel

Great apartment in a good location. Positive: Great apartment, well equipped. We had a couple of issues with broken items but the host was excellent and got the items replaced quickly. The main strip in Larnaca is only 1.2KM away so an easy walk. There is a large supermarket / grocery store only 500m away. There is almost a 360 degree view from the roof terrace. The pictures show some loungers up on the roof but we did not use it as there was no furniture. Negative: These are minor points (and would make the review a 10), but we we have liked more pillows. (they were flat so ideal for a back sleeper) A softer bed, the beds are on the firm side (but then we are used to a soft bed). A Toaster in the kitchen, there is room also room for a dishwasher in the kitchen which would be a good addition. A bigger TV and I think the sofa could do with replacing.
