Positive: Дуже хороше місце розташування. Близько хороший пляж, міні маркет. На пляжі можна придбати зранку свіжі морепродукти. До аеропотру 10хв , автобусна зупинка за 2хв. В квартирі є все необхідне.
Negative: Дуже тверде і скрипуче ліжко. Не вистачає пледу на ліжко і на диван у вітальні.
Не дуже хороша шумоізоляція. Якщо не пощастить з сусідами, то може бути гучно.
Прибрано нормально.
Шторку у душі справді потрібно змінити
